She has plenty of truly fun and whimsical creations, like cotton candy jelly and Twizzlers ice cream. I just love these gummy bear thumb print cookies so I had to give them a attempt.

Thumb print cookie doughGummy Bear Thumbprint Cookies, helps make twenty. Slightly adapted from The Baking Robot. 

one/2 cup butter, softened
one/4 cup brown sugar
one egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
one cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
10 gummy bears (plus a lot more for snacking)
