Residence Slice Design and style is on a mission to celebrate the every day, the over-appear and the unsung heroes of Britain, it is the creative partnership of illustrator Steph Parr, and item designer Ellie Gregory, who produce homewares to uplift and amuse.
With a shared enjoy for greasy spoons, nostalgic memories and forgotten champions of the British pantry their styles have bags of personality, balancing craftsmanship, illustration and their unique humour. Based in East London, everything Residence Slice develop is produced and developed in the United kingdom by small independent manufactures if not by themselves.
“We have a special sense of humour(!), a comforting humour that draws from references we’ve all grown up with or see everyday, but do not always spend interest to. We like to think that, in our own small way, we’re championing the unsung domestic heroes of Britain and making homewares that inspire nostalgia and optimism and the occasional smirk.” Ellie Gregory, Property Slice Design and style.
Their talent has won them unique commissions from the South Financial institution Centre and recognition and praise from The Times, Residing Ect and The Observer.
