The Seva House created in 1959 by modernist Hugh Kaptur has your normal flavored mid century “bring the outside in” walls of glass but also has a handful of unique functions as nicely. The huge stones on the patio and in the pool make for a normal setting. The most unique element to me is the sail like awnings that pitch out above the patios. It seems as although they can be removed repaired or exchanged. I adore the interiors in this location, almost excellent! There are loads of more photographs and a wonderful write-up on the property and the owners in excess of at Curbed.
