ALBUS Design developed this summertime property positioned on Sailor’s Island, Porto Alegre, southern Brazil, to obtain the household and visitors of the homeowner.
Hunting for distinctive pieces, the architect Henrique Steyer traveled to São Paulo, from where most of the furniture was brought. From visiting the global furnishings fair in Milan, Italy, came the inspiration of utilizing an acrylic sideboard besides the white sofa. On the garden, imposing 5″ light fixtures serve as beacons for the visitors arriving on boats. Broad balconies and a deck outfitted with a barbeque pit can comfortably match a large crowd in get together days.
